My mission is to educate my clients on their genetic potential and how training & nutrition should be personalized to their unique biology.

1:1 nutrition coaching is your opportunity to get the accountability you need to reach your goals. Together we will build a sustainable nutrition plan and base this off of your unique genetic expression and needs. 

I use a blend method that simplifies macro & calorie counting called the hand portion method. But if you have specific goals where calorie counting is a must, I can provide you the education and meal planning to do so!  

1 on 1 Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition program designed around genetics.

1 x 45 min session weekly, in person or virtual

Weekly homework & accountability 

Macro based meal plan provided based on goals.
